1. Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Zones

Standard Shipping (Worldwide): 5-10 business days — Free

4. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping costs are free. Costs are displayed before final checkout.  VIP Shipping cost 3,95$.

5. Packaging and Protection for Cosmetics

All cosmetic products are carefully packaged to prevent damage, leakage, and contamination during transit. We use:

       Leak-proof inner packaging to prevent product spillage

       Cushioning materials (bubble wrap, foam) to protect against impact

       Double-boxing for fragile or delicate items

       Temperature-sensitive packaging markers (where applicable) to monitor exposure to extreme temperatures

Transport Restrictions

Certain products containing aerosol propellants, high alcohol content, or other volatile substances may be subject to special transport restrictions under international air cargo regulations (IATA, ADR). Such products cannot be shipped by air to some destinations and may incur longer delivery times or additional costs.

6. Shelf Life and Expiry

Products are shipped with a minimum remaining shelf life of 12 months. The expiry date or Period After Opening (PAO) is indicated on each product. Products should be stored at room temperature (15–25°C) away from direct sunlight and humidity.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Certain products (serums, oils, heat-sensitive formulations) are temperature-sensitive. During summer months or shipments to hot climates, expedited shipping is recommended. TAPB LTD is not responsible for product degradation due to exposure to extreme temperatures during standard shipping.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can track your package status directly with the carrier or in your customer account.

8. Delayed Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the stated timeframe, contact us at hello@perlecosmetics.com. For UK customers: If delivery is delayed more than 30 days beyond the promised date, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Damaged or Incomplete Packages

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete:

       Refuse the package and contact us immediately at hello@perlecosmetics.com

       Note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt

       Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product within 3 business days

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

10. Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order at no cost if it has not yet shipped. Contact us at hello@perlecosmetics.com. Once shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

11. Address Changes

Address changes are accepted only within 6 hours of placing your order. After this period, no modifications are possible.

12. Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are collected by the carrier. We have no control over these fees.

13. Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement shipment or refund at no cost to you.
