By visiting our site and purchasing products, you participate in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms"). Your completion of an order confirms your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

Section 1 – Store Conditions

By accepting these Terms, you confirm you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You must not use our products for illegal purposes, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit viruses or destructive code. Breach shall result in immediate termination of your access to Services.

Section 2 – Products

Products offered for sale are skincare and cosmetic products including creams, serums, cleansers, masks, oils and skincare accessories as described on this website at the time of purchase. Each product includes a detailed description allowing you to understand its essential characteristics under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We have endeavoured to present product colours and images as accurately as possible. We cannot, however, guarantee the accuracy of display on your screen. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue product sales at any time.

Section 3 – Pricing

Prices for UK customers are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) including Value Added Tax (VAT). For USA customers, prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) excluding sales tax, which will be calculated and added at checkout according to your state. Shipping costs are displayed before final order confirmation.

USA customers should note that they may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Products are charged at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Section 4 – Order Process

The order process consists of the following steps:

Your order is only finalised upon confirmation of payment. A confirmation email summarising your order details will be sent to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including previous disputes, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we modify or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you by email, telephone, or at your billing address.

Section 5 – Payment Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. You agree to promptly update your account and all information (email, card numbers and expiration dates) to ensure we can finalise your transactions.

Payment for online orders is processed at order confirmation via the following methods:

All transactions are secured by Shopify Payments using SSL encryption protocols. Your credit card information is always encrypted and never stored by us.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. UK customers may resolve the contract if delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

FDA Disclaimer (USA)

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Results Disclaimer

Results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, age, lifestyle and consistency of use. No specific results are guaranteed.

Ingredients

The full list of ingredients (INCI) is available on each product page and on the product packaging.

Patch Test Recommendation

We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin or are using a product for the first time. Apply a small amount to the inner arm or behind the ear and wait 24 hours to check for any adverse reactions.

Allergens and Contraindications

Individuals with known allergies to any of the listed ingredients should not use the product. If you experience itching, redness, burning, or other reactions during or after use, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Do not use on damaged or broken skin unless specified on the product label.

Section 9 – Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, without providing reason or penalty.

To exercise this right, you may:

•       Use the cancellation form provided in the Annex to these Terms

•       Use the online cancellation feature in your account (available from 19 June 2026)

You have 14 days to return the product. Return shipping costs are free. Refunds will be processed within 14 days via the same payment method.

Exclusions from Cancellation Right

For hygiene and health safety reasons, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 28(3)(d), sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned or refunded.

•       Goods bespoke to your specifications or clearly personalised

•       Goods likely to perish or deteriorate rapidly

•       Sealed cosmetic products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons

•       Goods mixed inseparably after delivery

Note for USA Customers

The above 14-day cancellation right applies to UK customers only. However, we voluntarily extend a 30-day return policy to all customers, including those in the USA. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

Section 10 – Consumer Guarantees

For UK Customers

All products benefit from statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Within 30 days of delivery, you have the right to reject goods if they do not conform. After 30 days but within 6 months, you may request repair or replacement at no cost. These rights cannot be excluded or limited.

For USA Customers

Products are sold "as is" subject to applicable state consumer protection laws. We provide a voluntary 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product.

Section 11 – Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. This access is provided "as is" without warranty. Third-party links on this site may redirect you to non-affiliated sites. We are not responsible for their content. Please carefully review the policies of third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK customers. For USA customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. In the event of dispute, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales (UK customers) or Delaware (USA customers).

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. By continuing to use the site, you accept any modifications.
